To build a bee house, you need 40 pieces of Wood, 8 pieces of Coal, 1 Iron Bar and 1 jar of Maple Syrup.

Bee house in-game
The bee house is a stand alone unit which will create honey for your farm. Estimate for honey is around once every four or five days. There is no correlation between the distance of nearest flowers or grass and honey production. During the winter, the Bee House will not collect honey, not even when placed in the greenhouse.

A bee house produces honey based on either the flowers nearby or the basic wild honey if there are no flowers close by.
